 TURKISH COFFEE

Ingredients:

  1. §  Coffee beans
  2. §  Water (milk can be substituted if favored)
  3. §  Sugar (non-compulsory)
  4. §  Ground or crushed spices
  5. §  Turkish delight


ü  You should need to have a Turkish coffee pot, a spoon, sugar and coffee that has been ground to a fine powder. Select Turkish coffee beans as best coffee beans for making Turkish coffee are mocha, java, and Viennese roast, It is very simple and very yummy to drink,

ü  Always use cold, drinkable water. To measure the amount of water for each cup, use the coffee cup you are go For each cup of coffee, as I said in ingredients that sugar is not mandatory but if you or your guest prefer it then put sugar in the very beginning, stirring the mixture until combined.

ü  After this keep coffee for boil at medium heat this will 5 to 6 minutes hardly so keep eye on it, medium heat as it get deeply strong. As the coffee warms, you will see a dark foam building up. The dark foam in Turkish coffee is important part of this recipe or it is customary and important to serve Turkish coffee with foam on top. Closer to it coming to a boil, using a teaspoon, relocate some of the foam into each of your Turkish coffee cups. Return coffee pot to stovetop. As coffee comes to a boil, pour half of the coffee into the cups, over the foam. Return coffee pot to stovetop and boil the remaining coffee for an additional 15-20 seconds and pour the rest into the coffee cups, filling them to the rim




Then serve it in Turkish pots, no matter if it is served in others,

It’s really very common issue in nowadays that not only aged peoples but younger’s/ teenager’s even children complain for memory that they don’t remember things well, is it so??? Is this problem with you also??? I think most of us will say yes... And I know very well that most of us will say that the cause of this is heavy burden of work and responsibilities etc...

But is it right? Is this really the cause? So we need to think for while, Children like age of 11 12 years, even say that they have same problem, do they have responsibilities as much? Afcors not... So here is need to find the accurate reason, because this problem is related with health if the right way will not be recognized it may affect our generation as well.  One of the research proved that this problem is rapidly growing in students who are the future of our world as the result they could not be as qualitative and efficient as they would be!! There can be numerous reasons for this dilemma like lack of necessary nutrients, lack of sleep or lack of hale and hearty exercise. Every problem comes up with the solution so stop getting worried, mug up and take the following steps to improve your memory
 We recommend eating Almonds with milk as it is most common solution to improve your memory which is known by many of us, one more thing is this that many of us says that GOD have gifted amazing brain to some of us, but actually it is not as, the reality is GOD gifted to same brain to all of us, some people know how to use it and some don’t use their mind at all things and this we also from our environment,

Here are so many tips for improving memory like we must eat a balance dies, we should use red carrots juice, and also other juices, we must give rest to our mind for this some family picnic and family gatherings are best ideas,  Experts also suggest using fish oil for improving memory so it is one of essential tip. I can feel that as having oily or acne skin it is the 1st requirement that we must have clean skin that is extremely difficult.  We use some creams suggested by many beauticians, friends and other colleagues for getting rid from acne but we forgot that products have chemical reaction as well, it’s very right that those products will remain useful for us but not long period, it’s just for some time, as leave using that products and same you will observe so here I will tell you some good products that have no chemical affect, which are natural and gave you natural look.

1: Yogurt and Honey:
For reducing acne make paste of honey and yogurt and apply on acne areas of face, use it when you feel need,


2: Honey and Cinnamon:
Make the mixture of honey and cinnamon and apply on face over night and wash it in next morning, its proved tip will also remove your skin acne if you use it continuously for two weeks,

3: Aloe Vera Gel:
The Aloe Vera Gel is also good for face it’s well guaranteed it will not reduce but it can remove acne of your face, use it twice or some thrice daily on your face, result will amazed you in on one week only.

4: Toothpaste

8: Use of Garlic:
Garlic is part of our food, and it makes our food delicious so it is also beneficial for removing acne from your skin, take a piece of garlic , rub it in your skin almost for 20 to 25 minutes 4 times in a week. Make sure that the juice of garlic is deeply touching the pores and acne places of face,
