How to Make Easy, Delicious & yummy Pizzas at Home: (without Oven)

In this Article you will come to know about different type of Pizzas, that are very easy to make 
within very little time, Ooh!!!!!!!!!!!!! Are you confused? How it is possible when you don’t have oven at home, but you love to eat Pizza,,, so don’t be worried!!
I will tell you some very easy tips that are really amazing,

1:  Chicken Spread Pizza (without Oven) 

This Pizza is more delicious than all others it is also easy to make,
Its preparation is divided in 3 parts,
1: For Dough: yeast 1-1 a tbsp, flour half kg, sugar 1 tsp, salt to taste, baking powder 1tbsp
2: For Chicken: Chicken 500 gm (boneless), black pepper 1 tsp, garlic patse 1tbsp, lemon juice 2 tbsp, chili powder 1 tsp, Oil 3-4 tsp, salt as per taste
3: For Topping:  Pizza sauce half cup, Butter 2-3 Spoon, tomatoes 2 (sliced) capsicum 1 ( sliced) Mushroom ( half cup) Mozzarella cheese 400 gm,  (Green olives ½ cup (sliced) Oregano 1 tsp

Methodology:

1: For Dough: Put yeast warm water and include sugar, keep it for 15 minutes,

At the other side take flour add salt , baking powder and then add yeast after its 15 minute, knead it properly and then keep the knead flour for 3-4 hours,

2: For Chicken & Topping: cut chicken in very small pieces put black pepper, garlic, lemon juice red chili powder and salt, takes oil in the pan and then add chicken fry it in low flame, take it out after 15 minutes, then grease the pan with tbsp butter put the dough on the other side spread the sauce on the dough, put all things including chicken one by one on the dough then put cheese and at the end green olive and oregano, keep the Pizza at low flame as long as cheese mashed,
Once the Cheese melted then serve it, eat with tomato sauce or with other sauces. 
Try it at home its very Yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2: Vegetable Pizza

        It is delicious as well as nutritious and easy at all.  Here I am going to make one pizza, you can make as much you desire,
Ingredients: Wheat Flour, 2 onion, 3 ts Oil, 2 Boil and mashed potatoes, 2 tomatoes, tomato souse, chopped capsicum, finally chopped cilantro, chat masala, chili powder, black pepper powder and salt (as you required) 

Methodology:

Make a thick Meal, as it can be used for pizza after it put that rote in pan at medium flame both side little cook it, after this put some oil/ butter at one side as it cannot stick to Pan, cook as it seems brown but at low flame after that we have to make the top of the pizza, so again we will apply some butter/ Oil at top of the pizza,
  • 1.      1: spread tomato souse
  • 2.      Put sprinkle chat masala as per taste
  • 3.      Layer of mesh potatoes
  • 4.      Chopped  onion at all side
  • 5.      Add chopped tomatoes
  • 6.      Add capsicum
  • 7.      Add finally chopped cilantro leaves

Then put some spicy charts as you like, like chili powder, salt, chat, black pepper as per taste use these, then use a large spoon to shape it as it can’t fall down while eating, keep this in mind that while this whole process when you are putting all the ingredients The pizza Meal is at low flame, and it been cooked deeply,

So the Pizza is ready, this process hardly take 30 minutes, for dressing and making more delicious use cheese and other colored things.

How to Make Easy & Delicious Salad

Here we will know that how to make different and tasty salads, that will help you to have different taste, that are very easy to make for everyone, so Man must also be ready to make such delicious salads,
No need to bring different food from outside that may be harmful for health, here I will tell you some easy and time save salad that you can make within minutes………


1: Spicy Fried Cabbage Salad:

Ingredients: 
This salad is as easy as 1 2 3, it can be ready within 10-15 minutes,
Take chopped cabbage, chopped red green and yellow papers, chopped/crushed pineapple e, salt and pepper (as much u like) Spice (as much you like) and chopped onion

Method

 Put oil on pan, wait till it get hot, put onion and peppers fry it until it get soft, add cabbage spice and salt fry for 3 to 4 minutes at low heat do not overcook it, then add pepper to taste wait as it get cool then put pineapple and serve,

2: Pea Salad:

Ingredients: 
Quantity is your and Taste is my responsibility!!!
Take peas 250 grams or as much you want, Mayonnaise 5 ts, salt and pepper as per requirement, mint leaves 4-5,

Method: 

 Boil peas, then add salt, pepper and mayonnaise, mix it very deeply and then add mint leave for dressing it is actually for fragrance and dressing as well. Keep this salad in freezer for half hour or even less almost then serve, it’s very tasty

3: Macaroni Blossom Salad:

Ingredients: 
Macaroni (as requirement) bell paper (red yellow and green) Mayonnaise (4
 to 6 sp) dried herbs, lemon juice 2 3 sp, salt (as req) & cucumber

Method: 

Boil macaroni in water put some salt and little oil, as it getting boil so cut all vegetables, add lemon juice in macaroni add herbs and beat it deeply, include some cold water as it get cold, then put all vegetables and macaronis in mayonnaise and then keep this salad in freezer almost for 2 3 hours, and then serve it ,, it’s really delicious,,
You may add dressing material as you like..

4: Healthy Potato Salad

Ingredients: 
 New potatoes fat reduce creme , reduced fat greek yogurt (preferably 0% fat), 2 spring onions 2 lemons,  extra light mayonnaise, chopped chives, chopped parsley extra virgin olive oil salt and black pepper
Method:  Boil Potatoes as much as these remain little raw, not overcooked, this part of method is well important so potatoes must not be overcooked, then leave potatoes to get cool in freezer for 15 minutes only, after this put 1 ts mayonnaise, 2-3 ts yogurt and 2 ts fat reduce crème, chop spring onion and include it, after this put lemon juice 2 spoon, and then finally put all remaining ingredients, you may also use some things for dressing, as mint leaves and some other things as well. You can cut potatoes in any shape you desire,

Human rights are universal – they belong to each of us by virtue of our common humanity yet many children and adults are not able to exercise their rights. This is because an individual’s access to rights is shaped by how much they are valued, by their social position and by their power relative to others in society people are valued differently depending on their identity and on the social groups they are associated with. The way people are valued determines their social position. Gender and age affect how people are valued and therefore, shape their social
Position Girls and women face barriers to rights because they are valued less and have a lower position than boys and men. Their social position is also affected by other factors such as class, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, etc. The relationship between different groups is called a ‘social relation’. Social relations affect how individuals are perceived and valued, and to what extent they are able to realize their rights. Girls/women and boys/men are grouped together by the Gender roles that society assigns to them. Therefore, the relationships between them are called ‘social relations of gender’.
Age and gender shape children’s access to rights. Whether you are a girl or a boy, a youth or an adult affects how you are valued and how you access power, and therefore the extent to which your rights are respected and fulfilled,


Understanding Gender

While a person’s sex is determined by biological characteristics that are male or female, ‘gender refers to the roles, behaviors and attributes that a society considers appropriate for men and women, and boys and girls. For example, women can give birth because of their sex, but the expectation that women are natural care-givers and primarily responsible for looking after the household is about gender. As children grow up they learn the social rules of being female or male from their Families, schools, communities and the media, among others. These institutions set ‘the rules of the game’, establish how different people should be valued, and ‘teach’ the appropriate roles, behaviors and aspirations to girls and boys. This process begins the moment a child is born, and continues throughout childhood and youth. Gender is not just about women or just about men – it is about how they relate to each other. Seeing women and men or girls and boys as different is not the problem. The problem is that the roles, characteristics and expectations assigned to men and boys are given more value than those assigned to women and girls. The result is a hierarchy based on gender. Therefore, gender relations are power relations. The unequal distribution of power in gender relations affects girls’ and women’s ability to act on their own behalf and to influence the actions of others. Ultimately, it affects the realization of their rights

Who is Child?????

Any person under the age of 18 years
The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) also defines a child as a person under the age of 18 years of age.

What are Child Rights?

Rights are promises or guarantees given to someone by another party (such as Government)
Child Rights are set of promises made by the government (including the Government of Pakistan through ratification of the UN (Convention on the Rights of the Child) CRC to uphold and fulfill.

Historical Background of CRC

•      1924: Rights were adopted by the League of Nations. These were the world's first Declaration on the Rights of the Child
•      1948: UN General Assembly approved the adoption of a Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
•       1959: UN General Assembly adopted a Second Declaration of Rights of the Child.
•      1979: The International Year of the Child
•      1989: Work on the draft convention on the Rights of the Child completed. Convention adopted by the UN General Assembly.
•      1990: Pakistan ratified the CRC (my country)

There are total 54 rights for children from whom 41 are direct rights 13 are methods to get those rights, 41 rights of children are divided in four baskets or we can say there are 4 main Rights under all 41 rights are connected,

1: Survival
2: Development
3: Participation
4: Protection

Children Love the School but teacher?????????? 
If a teacher is as good as they want to see him


Teaching with innovative ideas is very difficult, teaching is a basic tool for motivating people towards their development, and it is one of the professions which is known very decent & respectable, this is also observed through different researches if you are thought by a good teacher you can find your success easy than others, As Teacher develop interest of a learner, if learner do not take interest than a teacher can change their mind, although the teacher do not teach efficiently then involved or intelligent students will also lose their keen, Sensitizing someone for a long time is as tough as counting hairs of your head! In a same way teaching some with meaningful thoughts is not easy,
Let’s have looked with different teaching methods,

Here I am introducing 5 easy and effective (new and old) methods that will help you in learning more frequently and you may also use these if you are facilitator,

1.      Heuristic Method ( case study and problem solving method)

           It’s very effective method and easy to understand as well, in this method teacher share a case study or tell a story from which students come to the main point of the topic, the case study may be in visual form,

2.      Lecture Method   (less questions are asked, most of things are shared by teacher)

          This is an old teaching way, though the effeteness is depend upon teacher’s teaching methodology,  it can be effective if a teacher/ facilitator or trainer instruct in a polite understandable way,

3.      Demonstration method ( through demo)  

One of the sparkling methods is demonstration used all over the world,
Here teacher give topic which learners/ participants present as a demo (physically involvement/ or material using)


4.      Project Method (assigning task to students)

This is the method where Facilitators assign a task to student, and the student presents it with the help of environment around the particular area, the student will conduct survey and present in demo, case study or somewhere statistics lecture form,

5.      Discussion Method ( discuss on a particular issue, participants knowledge is different)

This is also an old method, but it is interesting although it is also depend on facilitation skills, this is little tough to apply, and can’t be applied by all teachers/facilitators, a good teacher or experienced one can do this, it is for involving in a way that students   mind convert to the debits, if it is done by any teacher that means that teacher can be best teacher because this is the method that drive a learner to bring their knowledge from every corner of their mind, this method force to study further and in the way interest developed



So these were some easy techniques for teaching which can be applied at every level participant, at training, school or even in collage, case study, demonstration, and project method are excellent for participant’s full involvements.

                   Day 1 gave you opportunity to eat fruits so day 2 is for vegetable, eat your loved vegetables only, do not include any other thing like fruit, oil, sweets etc.. Same as day 1 you can eat half piece of meal in your Lunch with any boiled or raw vegetable, like cucumber, carrot etc… Most of People love to eat potatoes like me, which are included in heavy and fatty food but in this diet plan you are allow to eat potatoes even, make sure that potatoes are boiled and it will be more better if you use potatoes in your breakfast, 12 to 14 glass of water are mandatory in all days

3: Day 3 is 90% Fruit & Vegetable day:

               The ever green day of this diet plan where you are allow to eat vegetable fruit and even a half piece of meal , half piece of meal in dinner, boiled and raw vegetables are allow only, you may also eat 2 bananas, 12 to 14 glass of water are mandatory

4: Day 4 Milk Banana Day:

             Milk is also the part for maintain our health, it keeps us healthy not heavy, in 4th day Plan whole the day you just have to eat banana and milk, pure plan milk 3 glasses 1 in morning 1 in lunch and one in dinner, eat 8 bananas 2 with all meal time, and you allow to eat 2 banana’ sin evening. If you feel yourself weak in night you allow to use half piece of meal otherwise avoid,



5: Day 5 & 6 are rice & vegetable day:

       Oh!! You are tired and want to eat something different then previous last 4 days menu?? So don’t get upset dear, I am always here to give you opportunity for changing menu but keeping your diet in mind. On this day you may eat one cup of boiled rice in Lunch, 7 to 8 tomatoes in whole the day, you may also include these vegetables, 1 medium size of boil potato, cucumber & carrot.
As there is every chance to produce uric acid from your body so increase water level from 14 to 16 glass in day 5 especially


6: Day 7 is outstanding day:

       You are allow to eat Vegetable, fruits, one glass of milk on 7th day,

7: Day 8 is Juices day:                                         

       This is the last and wonderful day of all diet plans where you allow eating one cup of rice, all vegetables you like and all fruit juices. This day is called best day of entire diet plan.




 During this diet you will feel weakness from 1st day, but if you really want to lose your weight than go ahead...  and other thing your skin will also glow during this diet plan, because usually we don’t eat fruits and vegetables daily but this diet plan derived us to use these all

4: Milk Skin Mask:for making skin glow and soft milk mask is also good, which works effectively, cheep in price and it also not take time, very easy to apply, take ¼ cup of powder and little water, make thick paste apply on face as long as it dry, wash it with normal or warm water, recommended for dry skin, although it can also be applied on oily and other type of skin, but keep in mind if skin is not sensitive.

5: Mayonnaise Facial Mask: you will be amaze to know that mayonnaise is also used for skin mask by multi and international based beauticians, why we waste our money for such a simple facial that can be arranged from our daily used things, take one egg mix it in one spoon mayonnaise as far as it mixed whole, apply on your face for 20 minutes wash with cool water, you will feel your skin smooth and clean, (it must be kept in mind if you have oily skin, then use white egg, although if dry skin use yolk only)
This mask can be done twice or three times in a month for working women, once is enough for home based women, no side effect, can be apply at all skins




6: Egg Facial Masks:
For a little pampering, head to the refrigerator and grab an egg. If you have dry skin that needs moisturizing, separate the egg and beat the yolk. Oily skin takes the egg white, to which a bit of lemon or honey can be added. For normal skin, use the entire egg. Apply the beaten egg, relax and wait 30 minutes, then rinse. You’ll love your new fresh face.
