Constipation?? This can be called disease due to this other disease also take place in our body, Do you think this issue is increasing day by day??

 As a result our body size increase and slowly this became the cause fatness as well; constipation can be caused by the slow passage of digesting food through any part of the intestine. Most of the time, however, the slowing occurs in the colon, Poor diet, travelling, pregnancy and poor bowl habit can also be the reason of it, Constipation almost happens for a shorter period of time so it is not serious if it happens for short time although it is very serious 
if it is continuing for long time so whenever you feel this occurs try to finish it as soon as possible,

Here are some easy tips having enormous result in a very little amount and also having a good and long time results.
1: Triphala Powder

This Powder consists of 3 Fruits, that are easily available at caryana store  Amla, haritaki and vibhitaki, It is very easy to use although it have 2 methods of using, and start eating whenever you feel Constipation,
You can eat 1 tea spoon with warm water at morning in empty stomach or before going to the bed, mix powder with honey have in same as above,
2: Orange:
Do you know orange also save us from constipation, if you will start to have 2 orange daily , one in morning and one in evening it will provide you really great relief from constipation,
3: Spinach:
This is also one of the useful for getting rid from constipation, you can have a half glass juice with mix of half glass of water in it 2 times in a day, or even if you don’t want to have twice than its ok to have one also, include water in the same quantity as spinach juice, this is effective method and have the unbelievable result as well,
4: Flax Seed:
Flax seed gives you good release from constipation, you can have this in morning with warm water, and hopefully this works well,

5: Lemon:
It acts as a cleaning agent for intestines, just take one lemon or 2 spoons of lemon juice mix it with warm water, also include little salt and drink it in early morning in empty stomach, this also will give you great result, this juice is also useful for all of us, not only constipation but this juice also great way to detox your body
6: Raisins:
Raisins are packed with fiber and act as great natural laxatives, take a handful of raisins soak in water over night and have it in early morning, drink water as well, this is also good for pregnant women, and it not have any side effect, a proved method..


7: Figs
Very useful ingredient either dried or ripe these are packed with fiber and also act as good natural laxative, It is also used for relief from constipation, so take some figs, boil them  for a little time in milk, ensure this that when you drink fig milk it must be little warm,  
8: Seed mixtures:
Mixture of some seeds, like sunflower, sesame sead, flax and almond seed are very useful for getting relief from constipation, powder of this, one teaspoon in morning with one glass of warm milk is useful. Or you can also have this in your meal, prefer in morning meal or include in salad only for one week, result will amazed you,


Guava, castor oil and some other things are also useful for getting rid, in order to have a healthy diet and to leaving from disease like constipation you must eat healthy food, avoid to eat unhygienic things..
