Get pink and soft lips:
A pretty smile on your face gives very good impression of your personality, Lips are very delicate and sensitive  part of body, which need more attention, every one want to have cute pink lips, although due to seasonal change we lost some time that pretty look of our lips,
1: Use juice of coriander; it will give you soft lips
2: Coconut oil, apply it over night,
3: take a cup un boiled milk, Boil it deeply and then let it get cool, you will find a thickness inside the milk, take that and apply on your lips all night, you may also mix glycerin with it, glycerin will help to get pink. Note: Mill should be fresh
4: for treating black lips (like Africans lips) for getting it pink and soft, you take a little butter , glycerin, mix it apply over night, you may include 2 3 drops fresh rose water,
All above lips tips are result oriented, you must apply 3 times in a week, ruin with cold water in morning that will make you lips shinny / glowing, pink & soft.

Get rid from pimples:
Many of us have problems of pimples, although sometimes due to seasonal change some times oily skin etc. we use different expensive products, treatment but timely we get rid although not for a long time, here are some tips that will help you to get rid from this problem,
1: Rose water and Lemon juice:
Take some drops of rose water and 1 tea spoon of lemon juice, apply this on your face but not with fingers, use cotton sticks... keeping this in mind once you use a cotton stick do not use that again mean same on next day, use this remedy for a month regularly, definitely it will bring a remarkable change, mixing lemon juice and sandalwood powder is also effective for plummeting pimples. A mixture of lemon juice with cinnamon power is also useful in treating Pimples.
 2: Honey and cinnamon powder
Make this mixture and apply over night, 3 times in a week continue for a month, completely remove pimples.
3: Garlic:  
Rub garlic piece on pimples, 2 or 3 times in a day,
4: Tomato
Take a to tomato cut into two pieces, keep this freezer , when it get cold, rub on face twice in a day, that will give you shinny and pimples free skin, same with lemon
5: Raw Papaya Juice:

Raw Papaya juice is very effectual product for skin, apply 3 times in a week in whole face, skin will glow and it will be pimple free.

1: Alevora
A natural product that will provide you thickness of hairs, it has a lot health benefit, take 2 Alevora leaves cut in to two pieces take out the gel from the leaves and use that on your hair, apply this for about 40 minutes then rinse it, you may also mix Alevora with egg and the can apply this mixture for 30 minutes,
Do this once in a week it is enough, continue till 2 months you will see the result, it may start working after 2nd time, it can also be use twice in a week.


2: Avocado
It is another natural ingredient used for thickness of hairs, mash the avocado fruit with one banana and have massage with that paste on yours hairs, leave this for 30 minutes than wash it, This is remedy that you can use 3 4 times in a month, as it is very easy to apply like oil,



3: Fenugreek Seed:

Take 3 4 spoon of fenugreek seed and soak it in the water for about 8-12 hours, as you may dip in night and can apply in morning, wash your hairs after 2 hours with little warm water, you may apply this daily for 1 month , or after a one the gap,



4: Coconut oil  
The best home remedy for long hairs, Massage your hair with pure heated Coconut Oil for getting effective, attractive hairs volume, the proteins present in virgin coconut oil provide the nourishment for hair growth. Massaging the scalp with hot coconut oil will improve the blood circulation to the scalp and in better absorption of the nutrients by the hair follicles.


Apply little warm coconut oil in a little quantity depending on the hairs volume apply with the help of your fingertips in a circular motion after applying in cover your head with the thick clean wet towel, and leave for 30 minutes do this twice in a week, you will get thick long shiny hairs within 1 month result will amaze you,

1:  Baking Soda:
 You may already heard about this, this is the most common method although I am suggesting this because it is result oriented one, it is as easy as 123, use twice in a day as you brush morning and before going to the bed, have a brush with a mixture of water and baking soda, or you can also mix backing soda in your tooth paste if don’t like to have brush with it only.

2: Strawberries:
Strawberries contain a acid named malice which is the natural tooth whitener, take a half strawberry and mix it with baking soda apply the mixture for 4 to 6 minutes on your teeth, and then rinse it. After this you may apply tooth paste, do this twice, continue for 7 8 days or do it for 3 4 times in a week continue for 3 months, result will be fruitful this is guaranteed.


3: Lemon Juice:
Lemon juice is little dangerous acidic product so do not use this for more time, take 2 tea spoon lemon juice 2 spoon backing soda, water , make a mixture use for 2 minutes or hardly 2 -3 minutes wash than, using more can be dangerous as with your teeth can be weak, sensitive problems etc..


4: Coconut Oil
It is also the easiest one; take a table spn coconut oil  or a little less depending on size of your mouth in early morning before brushing your teeth put in your mouth and Push, swish, and “pull” the oil through and around your teeth for 10-15 minutes, then spit it out, rinse with water, and brush your teeth.


So these were some simple tips especially for you, you can also reduce yellowish by eating one apple daily, drinking more water, Chew sugarless whitening gum, rinse with peroxide etc…

Seasonal Allergy is one of the issues that make us unhappy, gloomy, fed up from all things happening around us, and it is more difficult to handle for those who use pass their time out from their home, like at job, education institutions etc.. That mean one thing disturbing that is seasonal allergy!!  There are plenty of home remedies for getting rid from such kind of allergies,

1: Red Onion Water:
Onion water will help you for getting relief from this issue, as It contain a water soluble chemical compound which is called quercetin which has been verified in preliminary studies to reducing the amount of histamine produced by the body, It is very easy to make you will need to have one red onion of middle size, 4 cup of water and honey for test only. Cut onion in small pieces as shown in picture include 4 cup of water and let it be dip for 8-10 hours, do this in night and in the early morning drink this water at empty stomach, as it is sour in taste so you can taste honey after this, try this tip for one week and then see the result.

2: Bee Pollen                                          
If Honey do not work as fast as it should than use bee Pollen replacing honey, using this will finish allergy from the root, although it will be start using by small quantity and slowly it will be increasing, make sure 2 things before using this one that you don’t have allergy from bee, and the 2nd is very important that use the local bee pollen, it will not work as effective if will not be from local, you can easily get it from trees around your area, you also make sure that the bee pollen you all going to use that come from good source  and free from insecticides.
 As there are 3 different forms of Bee pollen (granules, capsules, and powder) I recommend for granules, You may start taking bee pollen before 3 months before you allergy flare   as March, April may... take 5 6 granules piece let them dissolve or chew them continue this for a one week, and 2 or 3 pieces increase, if you don’t have any reaction with this then start eating 1 table spoon daily throughout the  allergy season,

3: Apple and Walnut Mixture
Do you like to eat both these fruit? If it is... Then no worry for using this, this mix will help you hit the trail in no time, without the sneezing and itching, Apple also contain quercetin like onion, and it also helps to reduce allergy, you might have heard this that  An apple a day will keeps the doctor away, so this is truth. Take one  apple and half or full cup of wall nuts daily chop the wall nuts and cut apple into small pieces put in the little bag or bowl let it be mix and then eat it, you may also include some other ingredients like dried cherries, Flex or Sunflower seed as well.

Constipation?? This can be called disease due to this other disease also take place in our body, Do you think this issue is increasing day by day??

1: Triphala Powder

This Powder consists of 3 Fruits, that are easily available at caryana store  Amla, haritaki and vibhitaki, It is very easy to use although it have 2 methods of using, and start eating whenever you feel Constipation,
You can eat 1 tea spoon with warm water at morning in empty stomach or before going to the bed, mix powder with honey have in same as above,
2: Orange:

3: Spinach:

4: Flax Seed:
Flax seed gives you good release from constipation, you can have this in morning with warm water, and hopefully this works well,

5: Lemon:
It acts as a cleaning agent for intestines, just take one lemon or 2 spoons of lemon juice mix it with warm water, also include little salt and drink it in early morning in empty stomach, this also will give you great result, this juice is also useful for all of us, not only constipation but this juice also great way to detox your body
6: Raisins:
Raisins are packed with fiber and act as great natural laxatives, take a handful of raisins soak in water over night and have it in early morning, drink water as well, this is also good for pregnant women, and it not have any side effect, a proved method..


7: Figs
Very useful ingredient either dried or ripe these are packed with fiber and also act as good natural laxative, It is also used for relief from constipation, so take some figs, boil them  for a little time in milk, ensure this that when you drink fig milk it must be little warm,  
8: Seed mixtures:
Mixture of some seeds, like sunflower, sesame sead, flax and almond seed are very useful for getting relief from constipation, powder of this, one teaspoon in morning with one glass of warm milk is useful. Or you can also have this in your meal, prefer in morning meal or include in salad only for one week, result will amazed you,

The need to be loved is especially common in all human beings, it starts when a baby born and till he
 is in this world, human wants be love those who are around them, they want be care of all to whom they pass their single minute, so to be love is natural concept which is extremely common, Life is nothing without care and love, many people finish their lives just for not getting love and care they expect from their loved peoples. Therefore Love is Care is well important element of Life,
Here is question from all parents or older people then eighteen; do you give love with care to your child as much they want???
If it is, then you all really best Parent, Lets have discussion that what children want from Parent, and how the Parent should deal with them, before going to this I would like to tell you that Who is child, as discussed in my last article, Any person whose is age is below then 18 years is child, so the loving expectation of your child is much higher than other human beings,

In My last article you will come to know about four basic Child rights, and this question only cover 2 main rights Survival and Development, although that are also not fully covered, if you provide them above mentioned things, as these are the things include in their need, what about their wants?? Some times their wants are related with love and need with care,  
Here are other 2 main rights Participation and Protection, which we parents mostly overlook for children, here are some examples,
Choosing school, Clothes, Colors, food flavors etc decided by Parents, some time children wants to participate or say something about their own things although we stop them saying this you don’t know about this so keep quiet,
Some time Children demand for a little time, where they want to discuss, share their planning, gossip, results etc, though due to busy schedule Parents ignore them and say for study or you just know to weste time,
Have you ever think that your child can have some issues with them which they want discuss with you?

ü  Reward and Special treats (like birthday, day celebration, monthly)


So Children really need special care and Love, as the result they will be good manager, good dealer and developed person in this world.

Not everyone want to lose weight some of us want gain as well Looking smart is wish of every one, but not over smart!! As no one want to be fatty in the same way no one want to look like very weak. Gaining weight is quite similar to losing weight although nothing is impossible with right exercise, diet and attitude.

Increase Meal quantity including calories:

This task is little tough, but helpful to complete your desires, so in this you just have to double your meal , as if u eat 4 meals a day, now eat 8 a day, it will be very tough for you for a week after this you will be habitual of it, eat more calories food, like mayonnaise, Burger, chocolates, fried cookies etc, Use of cheese and mayonnaise make essential in every time food, It is not necessary to eat 2+ meal in every time meal, you can eat food after every 2 3 hours, As the purpose is boost your weight,
